Headaches - When your hydration levels drop, a chemical reaction occurs in your blood which your brain is highly sensitive to, this triggers a headache.
Constipation - If you don’t have enough water in your system, it won’t be able to move your food waste efficiently, which can result in constipation.
Hunger - Sometimes people confuse hunger with thirst, and if you feel like snacking during the day you could be dehydrated.Pee - The colour of your urine is a major indicator of your overall health. If it’s dark yellow, you’re likely to be getting dehydrated - So drink more!!
Muscle cramps - Heavy exercisers should consume an additional 5 to 10 ounces of fluid for every 20 minutes of exercise.
Dry mouth - The skin around your mouth and lips are a great indicator for identifying how dehydrated you are.
Fatigue - When you can’t shift the feeling of fatigue, it may be time to increase your water intake.
