Nuts are good for you – True!
You should include nuts in your diet since they’re a natural food source and contain plenty of nutrients, vitamins and minerals…unless of course you are allergic to them!
They contain a lot of calories, but at the same time, nuts provide you with healthy fats and protein.
Mix your favourite nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, brazils, peanuts and almonds) and add them to other foods such as yoghurt or cereals. Avoid salted and sweetened nuts.
